Kia ora, Yvonne! Thanks for taking the time to place some feedback, and so-sorry to hear your device isn't performing as you had hoped! Following-on from your previous review, it could be that the coil is not properly installed into the pod (a fairly common issue vapers run into with the Caliburn G devices). Another issue may be that the pod is sitting-idle inside the device for extended periods of time, causing the e-liquid to settle and leak throughout the vape. We advise that if you aren't planning to use your device, even for a day, that you remove the pod from the device and store it separately (ideally inside a paper towel).
